I am relatively new to this, and I was exploring and saw something in the group called the "cup standings". What is this cup? When does it start? And how does it work?

Its a 32 bracket system, where every 3 races you go against someone in your group, winner progresses to next round. Top 8 seeds can't meet till quarters, top 4 seeds till semi's whilst 1st and 2nd seed are kept apart till the final
