lol Lyee, now that's what I call going for the big points :)
I wonder how many might actually come in :p
Only surprise is you not picking Kilmarnock, who I reckon have the best chance of anyone for 20 points :)

All season Lyee picked the odds on favourites, now all outsiders,jaja.....

|

I bet he outscores everyone this round :p

The reason of I only starting doing this now is so simple, it is because I only start reading the op recently xD jaja...

WEEK THIRTEEN
CONGRATULATIONS to KATERINA KAKNI. Otherwise known as George's wife. A fantastic score of 99 for her, coupled with a surprising set of picks by Martin where he gambled on some games, meant she overturned the defecit to him to become the Football Guru of Season 3. Keith had a stunning round, compounding Martin's misery further by both overtaking him to claim 2nd place and take the honour of the highest round score - totalling 113. Really great effort mate.
Prizes as follows :
Katerina receives 7 races of credits for 1st place. Keith receives 5 races of credits for 2nd place. Martin receives 3 races of credits for 3rd place. Keith receives 3 races of credits for highest round score.

For season 4, which will come a little further along the line...I was thinking that rather than just picking the teams and you get a certain score (or no score) for that selection, for next time you pick the team and one of three outcomes for them - Back, Hedge or Lay.
example : I would post the upcoming matches like so : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hNVOruPha31VxLurexvS...
Then you would make your team choices AND then one of the three options. You then score points as shown on the fixtures provided there.
I think its better, as it involves a bit more gamble on the player's side.
Back = to win Hedge = To not lose lay = To not win

I'm going to host a short 10 week, 10 player tournament of this between next week and Christmas to get back in the swing of things. Those interested in participating feel free to make yourselves known. Initial priority for all Season 3 players. I can't run it with more than 10 as I am quite busy at the moment, but can just about handle a game like this. Football World then will resume early into the New Year.
