I was due to go into hospital for surgery on Thursday 14th March and set someone to cover for me for two races but surgery is cancelled now so I am wondering if I can cancel it (but can't see a way apart from possibly the person who agreed to rejects it now)

The manager taking care of your account will be able to login into your account from the holiday page until the holiday period is over or canceled by you.
