Hello everybody.
Just a quick question.

At the beginning of the season i signed a driver with an overall rating of 84 or 85.
After the first training (i guess technician but i can't remember) he went to overall 73.
Is that normal to having such a decrease with one training only?
Im having an horrible season and after 5 race his overall rating only improved by 6.

thanks!

Overall don't show how good your driver actually is, the skills do that.

Overall can easily go up and down very fast, because some training sessions increase motivation and some decrease it. Also race results change motivation.

So motivation is the biggest reason the OA jumps up and down so fast, but OA don't tell you the actual speed of your driver.

Its a common rookie mistake to think that Overall affect performance. You'll learn in time what stats effect performance :)

Yes,

Look at your Drivers current age, & look back over past driver attribute changes during Resets, looking at their age at the time.
There lies your answer Kshitij

well if you look back at your old drivers and look at the differences you should be able to see a correlation between their gains and your current drivers loss.

I assume from your question you have never bothered to investigate the end of season affects on different drivers :)

Its money you get at the end of the season/during the reset however if you are still in rookie next season your finances all get reset anyway.

Rechargeable batteries are the future. Long live the blue pill.

Technical Insight is barely needed at all unless you're looking to test a lot.
