Tema: GPRO Strategist - Season 4 |

Racing testing:
Both variants:
Track: Indianapolis Oval (Testing track)
Race distance: 321.8kms
Laps: 80
Lap distance: 4.022 kms
Overtaking: Very easy
Fuel consumption: Very high
Tyre wear: Low
Time in/out of pits: 45s
Temperature: 25C
Humidity: 50%
GPRO variant:
Only setup, qualy, start and overtaking/defending risks will be included, perfect setup is random and the same for everyone, everyone gets 8 practice laps with driver comments at first, then two qualy laps. It will be updated on this thread.
F1 variant:
Just send me the strategy, I will randomly allocate you to a team of F1 with race pace, qualy pace and pitstop stats.
What to do now?
For GPRO variant, send me starting setup for all your parts, like 999 999 999 999 999 999 and tyres. As in GPRO setup varies from 0 to 999.
For F1 variant, just send me a strategy.
Fueling and tyre wear is done on season 3 and there will be no analysis for testing races.
No deadline is set, when we get at least 10 players for any of them I'll simulate the race.

In GPRO variant, setup is independent of tyre type, for instance 100 could be the perfect number for wings in Monaco.

Soft 80/80/80
Tyres + Fuel. That's all you need now.

I don't get it. We get 8 practice laps but only at the first one we get driver's comments?
Also, the temperature is the same for practice/Q1/Q2/race?
In this test race, there will be both ideas tested? I mean, GPRO and F1, or only one of them?
Geir, can I join Williams or it's reserved? :D

In this Q1 Q2 SG thing which is up there in post 75, there are no teams. In F1 mode there is no practice, Q1 Q2 thing.

I really hope that the game stays as it is right now. It's called GPRO Strategist, not F2 or GPRO2. It should be all about strategy and you should pay attention for possible blocking as there will be no overtaking.
In case we'll need a change, I can't say which I prefer. I honestly think that they are both not good formats and I might lose interest if it changes towards any of the two options.
That's just my opinion ofc...:)
