Red Bull, the Torro Rosso boys aren't good enough to step up and take Webbers shoes when he steps down at the end of 2012, so unless Ricciardo gets a drive at Torro Rosso next season and does an amazing job, Red Bull will have to look outside of their own production line for a driver.
The only caviate being providing Adrian Newey is still their designing the car, then Hamilton would have to give it some serious consideration if the Red Bulls still dominate
Thats my 2p worth

I find that slightly offensive? Considering whats happened lately with a certain driver in Indy Car with simular Nationality?
Hamilton will just have to work harder now that Button has found his form, it has to be said, Button's success in 2011 has shaken Hamiltons morale slightly

I find that you must have been slightly dropped from doctors hands at your birth

I don't even think it's just Buttons success on the track that has destroyed Hamiltons Morale. For the first time Hamilton has a team mate who is scoring at least as many points as him, has a very good relationship with the team, is likeable, is experienced and works well with the media! I think Hamilton is looking a bit lost and doesn't really know where to turn!

I don't think it will be that hard to fill Webber's shoes, they are small to begin with.

Can't see him moving from MacLaren as I don't think Red Bull or Ferrari would have him and he'd want to stay witha top team.
The only other option for him would be Mercedes, if they could make that last step up.
I still don't think he'll move anywhere, he'll be at MacLaren for a good few years yet.

I do believe he will go to Red Bull and take over from Mark Webber when he retires.
If not he'll go to NASCAR just like Juan Pablo Montoya

I thinkit depends on whether McLaren can give him a car capable of winning the title with.

I think if Webber retires or changes the team, there is a chance for Hamilton if RB are not going to give a seat for Alguersari who is doing very well now in STR.
Ferrari won't accept him surely even though Massa was replaced by some one.
And Mercedes, may like to have him.But he may not like it.
So he will most probably stay in McLaren.

I can't imagine anyone from the top 3/4 teams moving until the 2013 season earliest. I can't imagine Hamilton or Button moving away from McLaren at all, and the 3 people most likely to retirement or quit F1 will be Massa, Webber and Schumacer (can't spell his name) from the top teams in the next few seasons with the others staying where their are.

About people quitting F-1,it must be Massa.Because Webber may get a place in mid-performing teams. And I always believe Webber has some more thing to prove about him especially in different team.
I want him to be the team-mate of Alonso in Ferrari, but there is no chance for it.
About Schumacher I want him to race till winning one more race.

a good marketing for Hamilton...that too free... :)
but atm he will not consider leaving...a rather topsy-turvy season for him and Mclaren has been like his family now...switching now will do him no good...also he getting the pressure come to him which is aslo not a mark of a true champ!
so he ought to think straight and should not leave Mclaren
