Shouldn't TI increase after each race by 1 or something like that ? There s been 4 races so far and my retarded 32 yo driver is still sitting at 56. Makes no sense as my results are good and he s under contract.

So whatever your doing isn't causing it to increase so whatever causes it to increase must be something you are not doing. Simples :)

Never liked riddles...
Never trained TI, and it usually increased on previous drivers I had for like 1-2 per race, only thing it might be is rookie level maybe.
