I got asked to leave my previous team because im inactive. They are a really good team, i understand their goals need active ppl..... but im looking for a team with not as big goals but one which is also having some kind of discussion (i dont care about copying your practice laps because it doesnt benefit anyone these days).
I work 2 jobs, i have a social life, a dog, and ill share my single life clubbing stories/photos sometimes if you're interesting people... but i wont win the elite title.
Imma play gpro until i win 17 races in a row. It will happen in rookie or amateur.

Looking for a team that wants to reach the top. I'm all for it. Not asking for tools or sheets or data ,I'll hold my own hopefully. I race every race with optimum intention per race given plans. Long term is my goal while being supporter. I work a lot so might not make team chat every race but will do my part for the team.

I've been flying solo since I returned to the game (You can see that even when I left, I had a hard time staying away and would complete a race from time-to-time.) because most of my previous team experiences were ineffective at helping me get anywhere.
But now I've had enough. I'm ready to get to the top, and I need a good team to do it with. I'm ready to fully commit to a dedicated team.
I don't need you to hold my hand or bless me with calculators. I have spreadsheets I've built on my own that I am confident will get the job done for me.
But I do need help understanding the significance of staff and facilities, and help to give me purpose in testing between races.
If you at least want me to specifically apply to your team, then shoot me a PM, Id be happy to do so. But to be clear, Im looking for a team that is at least planning on breaking the top 100. If none of them want me, that's my loss. But Im not looking for anything below that.

Hi.
I'm looking for a team, but none have taken my fancy yet.
I've been out for a while, been as high as pro before, and had a long stint with one team and willing to stay once more with the right team.
Sharing is a must, as is taking team orders when necessary,
I only speak English, so that has to be the lingua franca.
I'm considering moving up this first season back in the game to Amateur, so SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!!

Welcome to the game Lee. Note that teams may be a little reluctant to accept members who have not raced at all yet, so don't get discouraged by that. Get a few races under the belt and see how much you like this game. Also, consider joining the mentor programme.

Hello all!
I'm a previously active manager, returning now after period of retirement and dipping in and out periodically. Now looking to remain active as I have some extra time to commit so finally prepared to join a team and hopefully help them to move closer to the front in the long term.
Confident in my ability to return to Amateur in two to three season's time and to at least retain there longterm. Looking for a small team further down the pecking order that I can grow and move up with. Also, although I only speak English, I'd prefer a team of mixed nationallity to make things a little more interesting.

Hello! I can offer my skills to any team, but only for the sake of racing.
I don't have a lot of time, I can score points, promote in high groups, sometimes answer questions.
I don't sit on the team forum, only participate in the race due to lack of time. I can not lead the research, my English is not perfect, but I can be a supporter;)
So if you need a manager in the team just for racing, write, I'm ready to help;)
