Regarding the recruitment we have no specific deadline but ideally we would want to have things sorted by the start of next season but as always it will be more favourable to you if we have more time to get to know you instead of having a rushed application at the end of the deadline.
We dont do the typical A vs B app on which we would vote A and reject B. We will evaluate all applications individually, not compare A with B.

Just to make it clear. The situation is that we have a long term team member who feels he is no longer active enough and he's going to step aside for some time. He will continue to play and continue to receive full support from the team but it also felt like a good chance to give someone with more fire an opportunity to present themselves to us and prove they're worth the value.
In Victorious we have a great core of players and people. You'll find out that we are very open and active to talk about both the game and real life and most of our members developed good friendship over all these years, which is why we call ourselves a family!
In here you'll have all the tools and experience to thrive on all game levels and while we recognize we might not have the numbers advantage on top tier we are continuously working to improve that situation in the future, so a good candidate who can show potential to one day become an Eliter is always appreciated. How does the journey start? Hard work and dedication to the game! We're not gonna hand you everything, you gotta be prepared to work on your game skills yourself (its part of the learning process)

Did you notice today wasnt market day? Yeah right, one more day to wait until the market madness. Race 1 always plays gets crazy but there's always one or two new things you could learn if you were to join us. Have you considered writing an application letter to us? Now's the time to do it, this is literally the time where our team is the most active as its also when the big decisions are made.

Okay, market day 1 is gone. Most of us now have the drivers and its time to finish the seasonal plans. There's some cars already warming up in the grid, none of them with a livery so notorious as your own Victorious folks. Send in your application and in no time people will also start noticing you on the track.

Just wanted to state publicly that Joe (aka Max) still remains a member of our family. We appreciate the loyalty he has shown us over all these years but we both agreed that it is best that Joe's lower activity doesnt harm the team and that will give room for someone with a bit more of fire to step on and become a valuable member for the team.

Raceday bump. Recruitment phase is still open for the moment. We were off for a decent start of the season with an Elite Podium and 2 Master wins (aswell as 5 other podiums) but this is result of several seasons on the work already. Guys it is that dreaded Real Life that has taken away one of our very valued members from the Victorious family. Christoph Schöning has been in Secretly Victorious for 17 seasons but just cannot find the time to play this game anymore. He will remain in the family but will leave SV at the end of this season.
We very rarely recruit. We have had the same 10 members for nearly 12 seasons. This is a very rare opportunity guys to join one of the strongest teams in this game. Call me a little bias I guess, but send in your app and see if we can gel, and build this formidable team

Well, after the first post the community feedback has been more positive than expected therefore we dont usually bump this thread everyday. There were definitely some good applications that should be considered so personally i think we're not going to stress about bumping this for very long.
Still if you're unsure about applying and you feel like you want to now's the time to do it, the longer you take the bigger chance you give for us to know the other candidates and find the perfect match.
The plan will be to have the new member ready to join by R1 of next season, but it is likely that we'll have everything sorted earlier than that. So there's really no time to lose for you.

Yesterday i was actually writing to someone how a normal day in the team chatroom looks like, i think this is the closest we can get:
02:00 – Everyone asleep except Dean and Riaan
05:00 - Dean complains that someone didn’t post the seasonal plans.
06:00 – Its someone’s birthday and that person will get 30 happy birthday tags on Skype.
07:30 – Dom posts a graph which no one else will understand.
09:00 - Jussi asks a game-specific question which gets quickly replied.
09:10 - Montes and Ivan end up disagreeing about the mentioned subject.
10:15 - Peter Both posts a skype emoji of a sheep taking a shit
10:16 - Ivan replies with the mooning emoji that Peter loves so much
11:00 - Marius posts a picture of his son playing with legos while at the same time yelling in pain for stepping in some.
14:15 - Alexey shows up with some reports on the Ukraine war.
16:00 - Peter Both messages everyone saying you cant use the team tool because he’s working on it.

We are a solid team that stays together through thick and then. In the last 17 seasons we have only had the 2 to leave us and that was all because of that dreaded Real Life getting in the way. Just not allowing the time to play this great game.

Happy new year everyone!
New year, new goals. It is unfortunate from us to announce the departure of two more team members from Victorious Racing but on the bright side we are also please to announce this is an opportunity for you to step in and take your rightfull place on the sexy pink livery.
We have a long history in the game and if you follow most of the leagues you've probably seen our cars on the track or our logos on the forums and while we cannot claim any championship gold at this time its also only a matter of time until it officially happens given our progress and we're looking for someone who will take an active roll in acomplishing these goals.
We look mainly for someone who is active, ambitious and willing to learn (unless of course you're the current Elite champion) and at this point what we can assure is that we'll provide AT LEAST with 2 spots in the team (having more may depend on the quality of applications received).
As usual, we will not evaluate application in A vs B criteria. There is no strict deadline, our priority will be to find the correct members to join our project so we will not be rushing any decisions.
So i think i've said enough. Now its your time to contact us and we can talk a bit to see if you fit us and most importantly if we also fit you (it needs to be mutual, otherwise its never going to work on long term).

Unlike me, who we all know as the loud mouthed race day alarm, noone knows who @Marius Ruţa (P9) is so the last message here probably didn't even get read. I'll pick this one up and take it from here :D
Our family is looking for some new folks to join the crew after some recent retirements and leaves which means were looking for some fresh me... errr i mean some new family to join the crew! I will be honest - there's A LOT of chatter and banter daily - the team chat is ripe with a mix of gpro strategy and discussion between @Dominiek Van West (E) latest run in Elite or @Ivan Silva (A65) and his random stuff or @Montes Dimemola (M2) just being Montes.
Everyone is dedicated and committed to helping each other not only to be better in the game, but also as a friend! Your experience level doesn't matter, so the question you should ask yourself is am I ready to be apart of an awesome group to not only help me be amazing in GPRO, but to be able to hold my hand when I pee or tuck me in at night (Again this is where @Ivan Silva (A65) is at his best)
