Forgive me if this has been suggested but I can't seem to find it with a search.
Can we get the option to download any forum topic at all?
Is this open to abuse? Would it put too much strain on the server?

GDPR right to data portability? :D *runs away*
(Would only apply to your own posts if it applied at all)

What if the information is pseudonymised? I.E the download function omits any names etc?

Quote ( Michael Keeney @ June 14th 2018,17:45:59 ) What if the information is pseudonymised? I.E the download function omits any names etc? Your team forum posts aren't pseudonymised, everyone knows they're yours. So the point is you should be able to download a machine-readable version of them in a simple way so you can take them to another non-GPRO team forum, since it's your data and your choice which forum system to use. Maybe. It might be unreasonable to expect this kind of functionality from a propriety forum, legacy to GDPR, run by a small company, or it might be as simple as knocking up a quick SQL query and emailing you the result, I don't know.
For *other people's posts* I don't think it matters whether you can download them anonymised or not, since the data is already shared un-anonymised and you can already download it, and it's mentioned in the privacy policy that it's published on the website (which is the entire point of making a forum post in the first place).
Anyway, there's a data thread on Jaguar forum I like to save that's grown to 50 pages and I haven't been able to face doing it since page 27, so I support the original suggestion :)

These forums are good but I think there are many who believe themselves to be know-it-alls or create themselves more than others, I should rather share the information so that they have competence, I think, although I always consider that all games are luck and a matter of strategies thanks and luck in his absurd argument.
