Probaly the first question you should ask
1- Can I keep him next season by gettting him under the OA limit for rookie after race 17?
2- how much training can I add and still achive this? If any?
if its not viable to retain him next season then probably its worth looking for one that you can keep and maybe put some training into that you can start with next season with ready to go..
