My strategy did not turn out very well to say the least.

Started in Rain, so far so good. Lap 4 it's dry, but I opted to take a guess and set the wait to 10 laps.
Rain tyres wore out around lap 10, so I had to pit.
Lap 10, Rain tyres, dry weather.
Lap 11, Dry tyres, dry weather.
Lap 12, Dry tyres, rain starts.

I was in first place before my first stop, finished 11th after a very looooong climb from 16th.

Fuel was completely screwed ofc, but I ran 18/74 laps on the wrong compound! Grr.

It was an interesting race in R23! I had strategised for a one-stop all-rainy race and had to pit on the penultimate lap dropping from 2nd to 5th. Fun though!

0% humidity would mean no water on the planet and therefore no life so there would be no one to drive the car. Unless the robots have taken over.

When is the weather being generated? Just after the last race or it is generated with the new season calendar?

We can only guess :)

My best guess is the forecasts are generated with the calendars (or pre-season) and the actual race weather is (loosely :D) based on those forecasts at race-time

Before today's race, the 1hr 30 temp range guide was 2-6C, in the Elite race at the 1h 30 race time the temp was 10C??

It means the temp will drop to between 2 and 6C at some point from 1 hr 30 to 2 hr...it does not mean it will defiinitely be in that range the very minute we reach 1 hr 30. It could effectively not reach 6C as late as 1 hr 59 and the weather will still have been accurate.

annoying that the temp was so high going into the 1hr30 section. Forced me into another pitstop one lap from the end, I was pushing the tyres to the limit, so I can't complain.
