We have 2 managers topping their tiers in qualifying, I put this down to our breakthrough strategy of fueling 10 litres in Q2.

This is not an appropriate response.

But the other side of me is saying "YES, PUNCH NAO!"

Dilemma here.

Woah Jun, no one said anything about punching Max. Jesus!

But can we?

I really forgot you were in the team bro, My bad!

Yet again no one was ever happy DD, Im sorry. We didnt want to be rude but I was the first one to root on whatsapp for you to leave. You came close to your whatever plan you had thanks to us, so you could fail again. Cheers buddy, dont try to make a point for something you are not involved.

Quote ( Rafal Celejewski @ September 18th 2020,10:06:30 )

Oh hey DD! I had to double check if you actually were in Ignition or not. If you didn't found our tool, that's good for us :) Tools, tools, tools, that's what is most important for you.
That's a pity because from what I can see, you lacked the knowledge how to promote from Master since you planned to do it in s76 :) This is really interesting, you are so active right now, talking crap about us and when you were in our team, you even couldn't post pre and post race data every race. I don't know if you were expecting a 1 click tool which does everything for you without even thinking - we have a different kind of tool, maybe it's too complex for you to use so that's why you couldn't find it. TBH I think even if you had a tool that does everything for you and you only need to rewrite the numbers from that, you would fail anyway. I wish you that you will find proper tools which will help you to promote from Master one day!

Are you guys even capable of having a conversation without devolving into trying to insult people? Pretty lame attempt by both of you anyway, neither of you guys had this sort of mindset when I was holidaying your accounts because I was the only person active enough in the team to do it.

I think others are getting a clear indication, from observations of your own attitudes and comments, of why people don't want to be teammates with you. The odd thing about it really is that non of that was directed specifically at me when I was at the team. I left the team because you guys were treating another teammate in this manner.

Even Alex made comments towards you guys about being dicks towards teammates.

As far as your tools go (the ones that help with gpro.... not the tools with nationalities), Alex was always the only person amounst you who has any inclination towards trying to develop anything. The rest of you lot are simply using tools you took from other teams. That's the irony here in your displays towards mark.... you are mad at him because he "stole" tools that you stole from others.

So get off your (non cup winning) high horse and stop being an outright dick to folks. Then maybe you will be able to keep people around in your team.

Do you not read the description? Someone named Daryl Gee created it for us, and we couldn't get rid of it because they signed a 50 season contract on this crappy livery.

What holiday DD?? Seriously bro, what world are you living on?? I gave you 6 days holiday in case I dont make it, that's it. It's not like half of team was busy, you said you'd do it so I gave it to you that responsibility.

You gave nothing to the team while team gave you a lot more back.

No one wants to keep people around who cannot take a joke or two, I assume that's why you left.

Yet again Alex made his own tool, if you didnt use it I can give you the link to download it mate. Chill out!

No one ever said a word about you when you left. Or when you were in, as a matter of fact no one ever realised why you left.

But you came in jumping like you know shit about what is going on, when Mark case is something you are not aware at all. Maybe Mark is right, maybe we are right as a team but that doesn't allow you to come and throw dirt on my team.

This case does not belong to you.

No, you're SYNT, you need to roll ugly.
I just don't want credit for somebody else's ugly just because you're all too lazy to update your team page.

Daryl you're some man to complain about teams and teammates when you were the most pissy, annoying and petty teammate I've ever dealt with. You and I were only teammates for barely a season yet you managed to annoy all the members in SYNT before you buggered off.

What's more is I was the one who wrote the current SYNT team profile and yes you were the one who designed that livery and you had no problem with being credited for it for the probably 10+ season that current profile has been up.
