it seems no one seems to be paying any attention to the drivers with <75 overall but good stats, but sending tons of contract offers to people with higher overalls that are mainly made up of motivation and charisma

Well tbh my research found only one driver in that tier acceptable and he´s recieved my offer ^^ Rookie drivers just aren´t so great...

Maybe its time you refresh your memory what you have listed on your 'Manager Career' page, here is one of those:

If you are fed up with it then why are you here?
I thought the purpose of games was to derive enjoyment? If this game isn't doing it for you then maybe you should try something else? Though this game is a lot more enjoyable when people don't take it so seriously

Yeah,

This was the only one PM which I quoted from those, the others were all forum posts. This was also permitted me privately.

I don't know if he is a DA or not (most likely yes), but about this thing, he has unquestionably right.

To the many dislikers, I have a message:

1) I sent PM-s for those who made their offer earlier before today 17 CET. I personally don't like deadlines. :P
2) I am the only one person who wrote here the amount actually...and Thank you!
3) Maybe you need to pay attention to many posts about the game...

Lol the Amateur market is the worst, man. 25-mil a race is insane... The manager will go negative in like 2 or 3 races.

This was just brought to my attention, Im curious the thoughts on it.

My mentee just showed me his random driver and the stats are far from terrible.

The salary is 1m +..

I know we hate when inexperienced people "ruin" drivers, but are we also fighting the game itself?

Also, If a fresh newbie sees this. Wouldnt offering another driver the same salary seem logical?

Unbelievable how some people take stupid decision. The poor guy he is last in the group with a slow car, a negative balance and he just outbet me on the TD. With or without a TD he will be relagated, there is no way he will retain. If you want a TD with a poor situation just sign the cheapest don't outbet for 900k while you can have one for 300k.

He has FT this race, maybe he felt it's his only chance of retaining, or avoiding being in last place. If he scores enough points in just this race, he might think he can afford to then dismiss his TD, which is financially a better decision to pay 989,000 for one race than 300k per race for 15 races. He may not have thought that, but it's a strategy available to him.

I agree with you thought that his prospects certainly seem very bleak at this point. He might have just decided that it was worth throwing everything into the one race...which seems crazy I guess, it's not even ideal weather for his FT, but now he's negative maybe there won't be other opportunities for him, which is probably why he did it.
