I wouldnt say grid penalties but some sort of financial penalty yeah.

Grid penalty should apply to those who change parts after Q (more often in downgradings as people intentionally qualify with the higher parts on purpose to do better).

I think the most interesting is missing:
Closest head to head battle

And how it could be interesting, being i.e. you in Ama-28 and your rival in Pro-7?

On the "other statistics" page we have:
Most head to head wins
Most head to head losses
Best head to head win-lose ratio
Worst head to head win-lose ratio

I think the most interesting is missing:
Closest head to head battle

Which would show those battles that have the smallest win-lose difference, and the more races raced against each other, the higher ranked (maybe only include battles with at least ~10 races).

If it becomes a bit too much stuff in one page, I would be fine with reducing each category to 3 or 4 battles instead of 5.

I would like to be able to click the title of each of the top-5 lists, and be taken to a big overall list of all your opponents and the respective head to head records. Maybe stick to 50 per page, as it'll be a long list.

35 seasons * 20 new managers every season (on average) = 700 managers. Some of them with 1-2 races against me. Some retired since 30+ seasons.

Do you really want to seem them all?

No.

During those 35 seasons I wasn't running at max CT everytime. Some seasons were to retain only, some to relegate. The statistics from those seasons won't show anything interesting.

Maybe the statistics for seasons were I was going for promotion could be interesting?

Since some time, I wonder why the main group's page, the Season Standings, seems to be the only place were your rival in the Cup is not highligted (in pink).

Is there a reason for it? Yet not a big issue, I think to add that little detail, to check his/her results and compare quickly, without having to change pages to remember who your rival was, would be positive.

What I would like is a blank page where i could add some of the stats from various pages. That way I wouldnt have to keep jumping between different screens. :-)

You could either make it a supporter feature and or a screen where adds on shown by default...I aint fussy either way.

No. That is as it says.."a note book".
I want a page that updates after every race like the "money and car levels" page does for example.

I think is a.good idea, will be to set your season expectations before the first race. I am currently in my first season of Pro.

In my last race I finished 22nd which was good for me, but my driver lost so much motivation, for what was a good result in my eyes.

So if I could set my expectations for the season. My drivers motivation will be based on this. Not just coming first or in the points all of the time.

To stop people placing the lowest position possible and gain lots of motivation for winning. There should be a recommendation from the game that uses your car level and money to say that what you should be aiming for.

Or the penalty in Motivation for not hitting your mark should go both ways. Driver thinks you do not trust him enough or don't plan on a future with him when you say 30th to him when he constantly scores points. That is also a motivational drop.

Was thinking if it would be possible to add race and season to the forum posts, right after post number and time, it would make for a more pleasant reading of older posts, both on team forum and the public one.

Using the above post as example, it would look like this:

I partialy agree on that idea. The idea to have race day mentioned is not a good thing in my mind, but a season, that's a good idea. For example when driver changes came into the game, some forum answers might not be correct anymoe due to drivers or some other stuff, so making a topic on which season it was made it would make searching for answers easier ... Cuz some might be not cerrect if you don't know what changed. For example reading one of those first forum threads of GPRO, how many of them can still be accurate ? I guess less than half ...

I didn't read all the post but I saw few things where improvement is possible. We are not allow to do testing if a part wear is above 90%. Why we can start a race with parts that are completely finish. Should we not put a limitation similar to the testing?

For the pilot motivation I agree that the race result should not be the only factor. A pilot that move from AMA to PRO should gain more motivation with a top 20 than a pilot that start his 3rd saison at the same level. The number of season at a specific level should increase or decrease the pilot motivation.
