Still irrelevant as you still pitted because your tyres ran out or your fuel did!

Irrelevant that they would pit on both laps 38 and 39? I disagree...the required random fun exists in these exact circumstances.

If your tyres or fuel ran out on lap 38 how would you expect them to get around for another lap to lap 39?

I know how it feels it happened to me last season!

no but there's a difference of course for that person if the rain decided to start one lap earlier....that is what I am getting at Mark, its as good as a random, or at least feels like it :) Thankfully hasn't happened to me in a while....touch wood ;)

I get that Stuart but how do you stay out with no tyres and/or fuel?

From my understanding of the suggestion it's to have an extra option not to pit if there's a weather change with X laps or less of the race remaining. That wouldn't stop this happening as it would be an extra option ;)

Yeah if you ran out of fuel or your tyres were down to the canvas you would still have to pit...

It was just a suggestion to stop some of the moans about lottery races....

Kieth, don't say that 'L' word. It gets the natives agitated. :)

Like stopping for technical problem IF x # of laps are left? That works for Tech Prob

How could that work with the weather script? As pointed out, you don't have an option of laps on fumes or canvas tires.

However upon further study... with modifications and added plumbing we could call it 'Guy-Brid' technology

Hook up the driver to the fuel supply and extract added boost for a last gasp final lap!

I should start a Pole....

I like the idea but also wonder would it make the lottery races a bit too easy?

Yes it would do just that.

Quote ( Kevin Parkinson @ May 14th 2018,22:12:25 )

Does it really add to the game to bring in such a thing?

probably would take something away rather than add

Can you please please please give us an option to remove the magnifying glass feature on race analysis. It takes a second to load and isn't instantaneous. It's beyond annoying.

Takes an hour to load. Or at least feels that way.

(yeah, it used to be even slower and it's got better, but it still is a waste of time/resources for the ones who don't need it)

Takes like 0.2 seconds to me, but maybe that's because I have fewer old races available.

Seperate suggestion. Could we have tyre and fuel data in the race analysis to the point of retirement? I retired without doing a stop so have zero fuel and tyre data for the last race

There is no need for that row of links to past race analysis anyways, it's redundant. Why don't they just get rid of that and just keep the 'select a race' dropdown box?

And while they are doing that, they can add qualifying risks to the race analysis :)

/gb/ViewTracks.asp?mode=calendar

We have a button here to show us the tracks on the current calendar, in the order of the calendar, giving a nice view of the PHA characteristics of upcoming tracks. Can we have a third button to show the same for NEXT season's calendar?

Would it be a good option to enter the pits to change a damaged part as it would be in any normal race ?, I say, considering that soon it will be necessary to run in indianapolis haha

"If a problem occurs, should the driver pit if the problem can be solved?"

Do all the people this type of questions are even bothered to read?

The wear per lap has been modified, in such a way that it should be close as ti was before when it was only 80 laps.

Tyre wear and fuel consumption per lap will remain the same so expect a lot of pit stops and to use more than the 280 liters mentioned as maximumf for the full race.

Simple as Pie.

you could expand the maximum value of wins to 1100, so when we calculate the ws and exceed 999 we can use the real value, thanks

Maybe it's a Hungarian problem. Facts show that the number of participants is at the same level as it was 1 season ago and 2 seasons ago.

as i just can't AND don't believe that a whole half of a country in gpro is formed by people who are sad, fool and weak enough to leave the game when it's increasigly better, inventive, well developed and exciting in almost all aspects, i must say i believe that, maybe, they were just ad robots unfortunately hidden under the beautiful hungarian flag and they're vanished now.
