Those figures might be true, but they are not realistic Mikko....Plenty managers retired, and plenty more that even in the game, they dont race, even they dont log.And then, probably plenty of DAs...
When i first started, there where many more Rookie groups and no less than 25 people racing in each group, now you are lucky if there are 15 and more than 10 finish the season. In Ama,before all 40 where racing, now theres around 32 in each group and not even all racing.Ama has become like Rookie, impossible to relegate unless you want to if you have a minimal clue about the game.In Pro,yes all 40 but not all of them finish the season, and some dont even start it...
Said that, the game wont never die unless it stops being good business for the owners, and as it is a great game it always will have lots of people that will be interested in it.But yes i think that shortly Rookie and Ama will have to be restructured if the numbers keep going down...

Two things that would help retention, not DA related.

1. More mentors that don't answer every question with FOBY. Too many dumb ass mentors in the game that don't know how to teach, or nudge someone along. I spoke with 2 noobies in the last 2 weeks that basically wanted to quit because of this.

2. Set up a tutorial for people to get started. That would help tons, and address the main questions to get started. it's not rocket science. Not everyone plays games the way we do, and we have to stop ASSuming they will.

This +1!

I am very glad that I met a few nice people in the Race chat (Big thanks to you, Kyle and Andrew!), since my official mentor was exactly like that. Speaking broken english and answering everything with FOBY.

Mentors are there to "steer" you into the right direction, and to help you work out how to help yourself, not to "spoon feed" information. I get that some mentors may be better than others, and that is something that is always going to be the case. But "most" managers in this game, have been/are in the same situation. Getting into a team will normally help, and as has been said, people in the chat are normally helpful :D

Those figures are participants

Managers who are retired or don't log are not participants, they are not included in those figures.

oxforddictionaries
Participant = A person who takes part in something.

Retired and "non-logs" don't take part in races, thus not count as participants

I wasn't accusing anyone of cheating Dainius, to be honest I don't care what anyone calls themselves as long as they've only got one account, and there was no suggestion that this was a double. I just thought it would be cool if it was the one that everyone's heard of with that name.

If there is an accusation of double account or fake name then probably best to put in your reasoning behind the accusation.

It's best to report it to admins. Public DA accusations are not allowed.

Posts deleted. Tomek is spot on. If someone has reason to suspect a DA, they are best contacting Mr Shadow directly and absolutely should not be making public accusations on the forum.

Just to be sure: Is it the same for the public fake name accusation? I remember the rule just about the DA - but I may be wrong...

There's an orange link saying "report fake name" on everyone's profile, there's no reason to post something like this on the forum. Just use the link.

Public DA accusations are not allowed.

I understand the reasoning behind it and I actually agree with it mostly, but the forums were funnier when people were slinging DA accusations around. And the famous multiple DA that got busted a few years ago (don't worry, I'm not going to mention names, I'm nearly over it now, nearly, lol), that was just epic! Happy times, the forums were a blast back then. Still, can't stop progress I guess...

Do someone knows what happen in case of D.A?
I ask 'cos a teammate lost his name, mail and pic on his profile.
and we have no news from him...

here's his strange profile:
/fr/ManagerProfile.asp?IDM=135332

is it the result of a D.A sanction?
