Vettel and Bottas are going to fight for the title, Vettel with slight advantage. Hamilton will finish in 3rd place :)

When the end season comes closer if Hamilton still after Vettel He will feel the pressure increasing and take more risks.
Most likely that taking more risks he will commit more mistakes and abandon some races.

Firstly both Vettel and Hamilton are both world class drivers.

However you could argue the only reason Vettel is even leading in the Drivers is because he's the clear no.1 at Ferrari on at least 2 maybe 3 occasions Kimi had the pace to beat him but Ferrari engineered it so that Kimi stayed behind Vettel.

I think its pretty clear they believe the Drivers championship is more obtainable than the constructors.

I think Hamilton unless ferrari make a big jump as there are not many circuits left which favour them .

As for the guy who compared Vettel to Maradona, I can see the comparision both world class but both dirty cheats :)

All in all though I would quite like it if Bottas won, but I think on race day Hamilton has the beating of him most of the time

HAMILTON IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!

James, is this sarcasm?
As voted by the drivers themselves, here are few drivers of all time who are better;
1-Ayrton Senna
2- Michael Schumacher
3- Juan Manuel Fangio
4- Alain Prost
5- Jim Clark
6- Jackie Stewart
7- Niki Lauda
8- Sterling Moss
9- Fernando Alonso
10- Gilles Villeneuve

Yeah, because doing cocaine or being thrown out of a World Cup after failing a drugs test is the same as ignoring team orders.

I was the one that mentioned Maradona....and i never compared them in skills as for me Maradona is unique as a football player, while there are lots same and better than Vettel....and never compared them as who is better or worse, quite difficult to compare somebody as harmfull for himself as Maradona,a complete sad example of a human being.....but in my opinion, cheating has nothing to do with it,anyone that have played football before would understand that he is not a cheat.Cheating is other thing....i rephrase this,he is a cheat but not for the hand of God or anything like that, but for going into a football field druged.....

Those numbers are quite impressive Jensen, but im afraid to say that they dont prove much....different situations, diferent cars.....in my opinion its pretty difficult to compare two drivers that race in diferent cars, the only way to do it is if they were in same ones and same situations....Hamilton did those numbers almost always racing in the top team and with the best car, while Vettel not always......

You don't have the need to win a title to be throned into the best of all time.

Damon Hill also won a championship in 1996 but he wasn't 1/100 of the driver that Gilles Villeneuve was without winning a championship.

BTW returning on topic: both are world class drivers and no-one can deny that: but I always liked Vettel even in his RB times, always loved his character and his attitude to perfection.

So I'll root for Vettel this time, even if I have full respect for Hamilton especially for the story behind the curtain of his life (that explains his attitude in some moments).

PS: Anyway you have to be cocky and selfish for being one of the greatest of all time. I remember watching an interview by Gerhard Berger talking about Senna (they were best friends) and he said: "He was such a kind and genuine guy, but when he was in the car he had the "Killer Instinct", he was happy only with 1st place".

Senna was a nice person but a very selfish driver in the car: and that's why he arrived where he arrived. :)

You guys have to be damn good F1 drivers ... but I guess you do not survive the first turn, I do not!
You say Rosberg is a number 2 driver ... I say Hamilton was preferred by Mercedes (Lauda and Wolff, and advertising) at Mercedes 2 years. You have to finish 17-19 races in the points first, than your are possible champ ... and that has made Rosberg .... wait a while, perhaps you understand.
You do not have 17 races of luck, but you can have 17 race help . bling bling... lol

On a car where u can't make adjustmens to make you feel cormfortable to push to get better times ... Plus there was many times when driver got the pole position, but was no where near to win the race ... So I don't think lap times matter, what's matter how good are you in traffic.

My last comment.....no doubt that both are great drivers, but as there has been many, and in my opinion both far,far away from a top 10 list....And success is not only winning, but delivering and over or under achieving what is expected of you according your expectations and the material you got in hand....And in that sense,i think that Vettel always delivered and many times over achieved what was expected of him, while hamilton its true that most times also delivered, but many, many times under achieved.....

But the only remaining track where Ferrari might have the upper hand over Mercedes is Singapore. After that it's all Mercedes tracks imo.

Then there's grid penalties probably coming into play.

Hamilton's got this title 80% in the bag imo.
