It can happen, it's not unusal. Tag everyone you can and write the names of the others and other people might be able to tag them

Try to write the "at" symbol, then 4 letters of the name and see if you get a list of managers to click that match those letters.
For example if I write @javi I see your name as an option. After clicking I get @Javier Saez (R24)
