Yes, we couldn't destroy your morale, somehow after we destroyed it, made your player hate the club + the manager, your player immediately went back to happy so we opted to terminate your contract with the club....No one has picked you up yet though...

I believe (don't quote me on this), the ability to destroy morale will depend on the player personality and the managers skills such as man management and negotiation. A player with Very Loyal/Jovial personality is more likely to accept issues with a manager compared to Spineless/Fickle personalities. Managers with higher man management/neg can help bring a player back on side too.
I mean, I don't know what else we could do tbh. We made the player have a permanent hatred of the club and the manager, and he still jumped from Abysmal morale to Very Good morale in a matter of weeks.... :P

There was nothing remarkable to the best of my knowledge. Have to recheck it again :P
I think contract termination will be the best solution that we have. I don't want to manually become the club's manager to destroy morale to then leave the club and patch the old manager back in.
