I tried to search in the forums, but I didn't find what I was looking for. My question is simple. I know if a driver's energy falls to zero during the race, then he/she will lap very slowly. But what about if the energy only falls to 30% for example? Will the driver be slower at 30% energy than at 100%?

Not a huge fan of saying, but that's yours to find out. But I won't make it a huge priority - certainly not above others - when in Rookie or Amateur because if you drop below 30% energy there; you're definitely doing something wrong.
