Jan, have you ever thought that you are not the only one in this group?
Maybe Patryk said goodbye to the group as he might be prepared to go back to Pro.
:P

#Patryk: I hope I am wrong. There are 3 more races and a hot one will help you at this stage if your parts are ok for a big push

To be honest, of course I have still about 4% of chances to retain but... I wish to "Be prepared"

Last season last 5 races was my domination this time it will be much different. (of course still hope)

Than keep fighting! Or is it this poker player habit of standing up and put on the jacket when you have 2 outs (about 4%)? :p

@George: I talked to my driver, who is in the grid currently, via team radio and he told me he is not seeing anyone

Nor I see any Geroge in the grid. :P
I don't see you either. Maybe you are trying to demote your driver and you used rain tyres for both Qs.

Half the grid in front of me is not whiting. Unfortunatelly its the worst half.

Edit: And our likely winner is starting from 20th anyway so f**k the grid

I think the finals are still 0-0.

Overall he was the strongest, no doubt about that. It is very hard to beat a guy with such a complete package like him, he will win an elite title in the next 5 seasons for sure.
I will have to settle with 2nd place and will have an harder time dealing with finances on elite but lets see how things go.
I feel i would have easily won any other group but Jan is unbeatable.

Thanks, but I wouldnt say that, M3 was a very fast group again with 8/20 in OBR and 4 people with 3 season trained drivers at 195+.
Whoever gets 4th would have been prepared better for Elite than most promoters in the other groups, who have premium tyres and lower car level a lot.
But sometimes you are lucky and sometimes you are not.
Carlos lost probably 9 points in race 1 and motivation gain that can go through the season, Ivan also lost 5 points and driver motivation in race 2 by wrong tyres.
I cant complain so far, I only got 1 DM-crash in lap 1 with Marcin, so it could have been a lot closer for me.

A group win would be nice financially, but 15 points is still not completely save.
Good luck for the cup final Ivan and thanks for the nice post, you have a great driver even 1 year younger than mine and with lower salary and reputation, if you can mange your money balance in Elite we will see you at the top there.

Also good luck for Carlos and Marcin you would both deserve it, so I dont know who to cheer for, I think I will just put the popcorn out :D

I had not thought yet about my random at R1, and the only issue with that is that make me lose several trainings, especially at the end of the season with the pressure of Marcin. Despite of that, I couldn't beat Jan this season neather, and the second place against Ivan should be closer than now

I also got a random this season, i just was lucky that i won the race anyway.
The true random to me is why Jan and Yug Desai didnt warn me sooner about my mistake in R2 when they check my strategies.

Overall i skipped training once this season and once last season, dont even know why i did it as generally i could pull a decent performance in every race without the need of training spa.

the cup as well.

You talking about the cup made me realise that my rookie mistake from last race (forget to send my driver to spa and lost the energy very quickly) costed me more than one position in the race, lol. I really do not deserve to promote if I am doing such mistakes ;)

The battle for promotion this season has been the most entertaining I can recall of. Fortunately, it will keep on delivering, because it seems there are plenty of guys ready and probably willing to promote next season. Which is good. We can always use some offloading of high quality from the group.
