What about having a practice lap done with some kind of median position on each component and see what happens? Your driver isn't that dumb and you may have something like a feedback from him!

Pay attention to Pierre!
In addition, look at the track information - disclaimer: it's not always a guaranteed tell - but Ahvenisto says High downforce and Soft suspension, so that suggests a higher wing and a lower suspension value might be a better starting point for you here...

you can also try searching the internet for some gpro Calculator... I did also find some interesting grookie guide that way... and also a spreadsheet tool when I was also a Rookie..

ohh... and I forgot... try looking for a Mentor... that's a huge help for me... Sir Mike from Viper Team wan my mentor... the lessons I got from searching Google kinda messed up my time with him... I keep asking FOBY questions like the finding the Perfect Setups when your driver is already at the Happy/Satisfied Zone... Almost all here are FOBY... so be open for others avoiding to answer your questions directly...
