Alternatively you can make a more general post in the "Looking for a Team" /gb/forum/ViewTopic.asp?TopicId=5321 thread, though you must also comply with the rules contained within that thread.
Please do NOT post in your own recruitment thread unless you are actually recruiting. Discussions about the contents of your recruitment thread posts, etc, can take place in the "A General Team Discussion Thread" /gb/forum/ViewTopic.asp?TopicId=14753 thread, though you must ensure that you do not use that thread for recruitment purposes.
Please do NOT post in your own recruitment thread on more than ONE occasion during the course of any given day, CET time. This means only ONE post on your recruitment thread in total as a team, and not individually. Repeated failure to comply with this rule MAY result in you being required to ask permission for your recruitment thread to be unlocked in order for you to make your post, and it will then be locked again afterwards.
Please do NOT create a new recruitment thread every time that your team wishes to recruit; use the search function /gb/forum/Search.asp?slInForum=20&txtAuthor=&txtIDM=... to find the existing one. If you cannot find it, please check your team history as you may find that a recruitment thread exists under a previous team name. In such a case, the "old" team name recruitment thread should be used, though you may wish to send a PM to your local friendly Crew member in order for us to amend its title for you.
LANGUAGE rule for general forums does not apply to this particular forum. You can post your team's ad in your recruitment topic or your personal ad in the Looking for a Team thread in the language your team speaks or the language/s the team you are looking for speak.
Please do NOT send the Crew any requests for Topic Mod rights on your team's recruitment thread. These rights will NOT be granted for such threads, and where given, in error, WILL be removed upon on it being brought to the attention of the Admins.
If you have recently taken over a previously liquidated team, but would like to start a new team recruitment thread, then you are entitled to do just that. Please advise a Crew member so that we can close the existing thread, leaving an appropriate comment.
MOD EDIT: Family teams: Please decide upon one recruitment thread for your team, and use that to promote all teams within your extended family. Existing threads will get closed, and redirected, if/when we become aware of them.
Whilst these rules may not be perfect, and may not even cover all eventualities, we hope that you will adhere to them as persistent violation MAY result in you receiving one of a number of punishments.
