If you relegate and the driver overall is over the new group's maximum value, you'll effectively cancel the contract as soon as the reset happens and also pay him out as if you cancelled.

If the overall is upper than amateur OA roof you'll lose the driver in an eventual relegation

Thank you for answers. Then, when do they count 110 OA? As I understood from Sharma's answer, before the reset and before the skill resets?

I'm not sure, but it have also to be under 110 after end season uptade...
