1500m Race
For this race, you will have to post "START" at any time between the hours announced. Your start time MUST be on a XX:XX:00 mark. Any second over it will constitute a 30s increase on time along with the other rules. You will then have to do the following:
START (at XX:XX:00)
RUN (as soon as possible after that)
MAINTAIN (10 minutes after your RUN)
MAINTAIN (10 minutes after your first MAINTAIN)
SPRINT (10 minutes after your second MAINTAIN)
FINISH (as soon as possible after that)
The perfect run will look like this:
START (at XX:00:00)
RUN (at XX:00:00)
MAINTAIN (at XX:10:00)
MAINTAIN (at XX:20:00)
SPRINT (at XX:30:00)
FINISH (at XX:30:00)
This will constitute a race time of 3:50.0. For every racer that finishes on the same time as each other, the first to finish gets 0.1s deducted from their time.
For every second used in the race, that will add 10s to your racing time. So:
START (at XX:00:00)
RUN (at XX:00:03)
MAINTAIN (at XX:10:05)
MAINTAIN (at XX:20:08)
SPRINT (at XX:30:09)
FINISH (at XX:30:12)
will have a finishing time of 5:50.0 (3:50.0 + 2:00.0).

You will have deemed to have stepped out of the track, and therefore be DSQed.
