Manager career of Jean Chapados (Last updated: May 9th 2018, 16:51:15)
S46 - Try the game
S47 - Learning the basic, first pole and first podium.
S48 - I join my first team and I Learned how to win in rookie.
S49 - First time in Amateur, make few mistakes, miss calculated fuel and it cost me the chance to retain (It is better to have a little more than not enough).
S50 - Easy season in rookie, nothing more to learn at this level.
S51 - I was more prepare for my second time in amateur, I was able to retain and make money.
S52 - I made few bad choices and I spent too much money. I'm still in learning process.
S53 - My best position in amateur so far. I learned more how to safe money, but I feel something is missing to move forward.
S54 - Average season, now I need to find a way to be promoted in pro.
S55 - Now I figured what was missing to be promoted. My driver was fast enough but I lose him at race 6.
S56 - Season to prepare my pilot for next season where I will go for the promo.
S57 - Only 1 win but many podiums and 108 points. Yeah! I got the promo to Pro.
S58 - 2 good races and a lot of bad races, anyway it was enough to retain. The conti tyres were good only on very hot tracks above 38 degree.
S59 - I'm not happy with my season, I spent too much money, but I think I learn something, I should have spent more money while in Ama to be more prepared in PRO. I decided to reset and start again in Rookie.
S60 - After my reset I got a really easy season in Rookie, 16 wins. Ahhh why not 17th...
S61 - A good first season in Ama with 5 pts, I was able to fight to the top 8 at the end of season. I kept my rookie driver and he seems good enough to bring me to PRO in 2 seasons.
S62- Only 4 pts but the top 8 was very competitive. I will fight for the promo next season, it won't be easy, it will depend who can keep his driver for the entire season.
S63- Got the promo to Pro with my best Ama season, 5 wins 17 podiums. For the next season, I will try to retain and I also join a new team, the BORG.
