Manager career of Michael Bauers (Last updated: Jul 9th 2013, 19:29:57)
Season 15 - First season
Season 16 - Not much success, but did train a winning driver for S17
Season 17 - Retained S16 driver, Won Cup & Group
Season 18 -I learned that being too passive is probably bad. I thought I retained with a good cash balance though
Season 19 - Promoted to pro out of 4th position. No wins. Good money balance at season end
Season 20 - Should have used better tyres, relegated with one point
Season 21 - Wanted more money at season end then I have; Likely won't push hard next season
Season 22 - Too many mistakes (and perhaps some bad luck) resulted in financial troubles. Will next season be better?
Season 23 - Met some goals, but had some serious sponsor related issues. I did minimize mistakes in races, and was pretty happy with race planning in almost every race
Season 24 - Goals were not met; Voluntary reset to rookie
Season 25 - Building season
Season 26 - Building season
Season 27 - Promoted to Amateur as planned, with less money than intended though
Season 28 - Bulding season in Am
Season 29 - Building season in Am
Season 30 - Promote to Pro
Season 31 - Decided to reset to rookie to test some stuff
Season 32 - Driver testing season
Season 33 - Poorly Executed driver training season; had to replace poor driver mid season due a fact I was not aware of; new driver looks good for s34 though
Season 34 - All goals met; Group win, cup win, 100+ points, points every race, finish with over 50 million
Season 25 - Slower than expected
Season 36 - Slower than expected; could probably have promoted on points, but relegated to test tyres
Season 37 - Testing tyres
