Lo scopo per cui nasce questo team è insegnare alle nuove leve di GPRO a capire come giocare e sviluppare il vostro entusiasmo in esperienza e saggezza che servirà per gestire al meglio un'intero team di F1, una volta dimostrato l'apprendimento e la regolarità di presenza nel gioco, in caso sarà possibile vi verrà chiesto di passare al team principale e combattere per i migliori posti in classifica mondiale...

L'unica cosa che vi si chiede prima di entrare nel team è di partecipare regolarmente e attivamente al gioco, pena l'esclusione dal team.
