I realize 60-70% isn't equal to 0% and that's why I found funny that the weather kept sunny, never complained about the rain (or lack of it in this case) :P

Just because the forecast goes to 2 hours doesn't mean the race does, it only just went in to the 3rd quarter.

60-70% does not mean it will rain 60-70% of the race time but 60-70% chance it'll rain at all. It was that 1 of the 3 races, necessary for the statistics not to be an utter nonsense.
