i know, i know.......new driver (again!), pretty fast in the rain but otherwise needs a lot of training. This is what happens when you pick someone with loads of talent but no experience.
I've been working on it, half way i'll be there!!! (promises.....promises)

Well, you seem to have found your way again!
It looks to me though my driver is very talented he still misses some experience. I wish the race circumstances were more like the belgian weather, loads of rain 'cause that's what my driver seems to prefer.....

For GPRO Cup : Home Page, bottom right Season Standings
then look upper right

If your driver is at end of contract and OA above 85 you will lose him. What you can do is : get into negative money for -15 MIO.
Your driver's motivation and staff motivation will drop to zero.
Your driver's OA will drop also then.

A good tip : if you think you have a good driver you should extend his contract before his OA reaches 85. That way you can keep him longer.

Eg. i extended my drivers contract immediately. So i hired him for 17 races and extended immediately for 17 races. Only thing is i have to make sure i promote to Amateur now or else go into debt for 15 MIO at end of season in order to keep him.
