Things about iracing that are lacking :

# No Weather
# No Difference in ambient Temp
# you don't need to win to improve in licences only driver safely and finish with out incidents
# amount of tracks and the cost of them.
# amount of crap cars i mean they don't handle
# amount of time needed to master each car and setup of each car.
# if your hit by another driver it can hurt your Safety rating and also make you lose your licience.
# some idiot drivers (who think they own the place just cause they have a high SR (in otherwords fools! take no cack unless you deserve it)

Good things of Iracing:

# Track Detail is amazing
# Track accuracy is outstanding
# Amount of races per hour
# Reporting of offensive / rude / cack drivers that hit you
# F1 add and sound perfect + new F1 tracks will be added
# any amount of time give for Practice/testing/ qualifying
# Testing doesn't effect your Safety rating
# Great series and reports.
# Drivers ed videos.
# Skid patch to learn how your new car handles
# really talented Drivers.
# plenty of Aliens on there.

# plenty of Aliens on there.
Come again?

Aliens are known on Iracing which are people who are Stupidly Fast like no way!!!! totally insane!!! not possible but it is Watch anything with Towler or Huttu in it they are totally the best drivers on there for indycar Huttu won the series after 8 races by qualifying 1st starting 1st and winning the race.

# amount of crap cars i mean they don't handle
Examples?

For the crap cars its like the age old addage that Amercians can't build a car that corners to the level of which us europeans are used to, for instance the Masda & Dallara handle very poorely compared to the F1

other crap cars are the Silverado, Pontiac Solstice Z0K Club Sport,
SCCA Spec Racer Ford its like all these cars cannot hold there back ends in a corner especially the Spec ford racer

# Reporting of offensive / rude / cack drivers that hit you
How do you report them?

Protest@iRacing.com --- put that in an email with a copy of the replay of the incident and they will review it and take action if they do take action they will advise you they have but not tell you what they have done.

# Amount of races per hour
How many?

I would say about 1 race an hour for road and oval for most class then later it become once every other hour and then later to once every 2 hours 30 mins then once a night. but you can still entire lower class races if you wish.

# Track Detail is amazing
What are your favorite tracks?

Watkins glen, Silverstone, Brandhatch, Laguna seca, mosport, indi, Charlottle.

Although depending on what you like to drive there are still some turkeys out there but sometime you need to buy them for the series.

The only thing that bugs me: When I join rF or LFS servers, I always have to re-plug the wheel as it loses FFB(calibration). Logitech updates doesn't seem to change that...

Did that happen to no-one else than me?:S

Nor do LFS or rF. That sucks, even F1C has weather changes, still remember us GPRO'ers driving like hell there.

Huttu, Duhan

Tom, visit their team's website, Team Redline, their FLOG videos kinda got me going;)

But even Dom can't keep up with Greger... Only about once or twice did Dom finish higher in the GP79 mod, and once was when Greger's Arrows was fucked up at the start of the Austria race...

I was confused when I saw they're doing Okayama instead of Fuji or Suzuka, but latter seems to be in progress too, aswell as:

New Jersey
Oran Park
Oulton Park(!)
Zolder(!)

Oh, all right. But to get in the Jetta or GRAND-AM you firstly got to make your way through easy rookie cars, such as Mazda MX5 and Pontiac Solstice. That is for road.
For ovals it is the same, you start with rookie legends, then when you are safe enough (safety rating rookie 3.0+), you can race in advanced legends or street stock and so on.

Well this site is not to download custom paints for your own use, but to see them in-game, so it would be stealing anyway and it's not allowed. When you get yourself an iRacing account, there will be a paint request thread, you can request anything you want there and get it painted if youre lucky enough ^^

Ok, I found some info about comcast in google: http://www.dslreports.com/faq/15643

So if you're on:
Economy: about 1 hour 30 minutes
Performance: about 20 minutes
Performance Plus: about 15 minutes
Blast: about 8 minutes
Ultra: about 5 minutes
Extreme: about 2 and the half minutes

I wasn't anyway. But there are two Mazda cars and none uses their most famous livery, I know how Mazda screwed up with advertising their win:(

Neil - Have a read of the first paragraph in this article about the Spec Racer Ford

http://adamstechshed.com/2010/09/25/iracing-spec-racer-ford-...

Once your understand it requires just a little throttle to keep the back end from flicking out you can have a lot of fun with it.

For me at the moment I am concentrating on the Williams. This season I started running 4 classes and soon reduced that as switching between cars to run in various series was pretty tricky. I'll probably make sure I do 8 races in the Lotus 79 as well to get $10 of iRacing credits back from 2 completed series this season.

A nice feature is that if you complete 8 out of 12 races in a series during the season they give you money back to buy more content or use it towards your annual subs.
