Latvia qualified for Euro 2004 and got knocked out with 1 point (against Germany) in the group stage ,that was te only tournament they've qualified for as of now.

Some predictions:
- Spain will beat Brazil in the final
- David Villa will score a hat-trick in the final, and will be top goalscorer
- Gerard Pique will be the only defender to score more than 1 goal.
- England will get to the semi-finals, where Rooney will be suspended for picking up too many yellows and will be beaten by Brazil.
- France will not get past the second round.
- Portugal will not get out of their group.
- No African team will progress past the last 16.
- Germany will win a penalty shoot-out at some stage in the competition.
- There will be only one team that finishes a game with 9 men, and it will be the Netherlands when they play Brazil in the Quarter Finals.
