Nice too see how the big teams are stealing everyone's best players again, the rules need to change. I propose that to stop the recent trend of shuffling team members, new team members will score less points for the team during their first 3 seasons in the team. They will score 25% of the points during their first season, 50% during their second season, 75% during the third season and full points from then on. This should encourage the teams to develop their youth squads which will help the national team and make it fairer to the smaller teams who have no chance of making it into the premier league for more than one season.
