Right now it's clearly bugged, clicks seem to count for both like and dislike.

Maybe it's better to only leave "like" to prevent minusing certain people by default?

This system isnt really counting right too.

My Post above had 8 likes and 8 dislikes. I thought "Who the f- would like this?" and pressed on my own like-button. Suddenly I had 3 likes and 4 dislikes, wat?

Same went for Jack, he supposedly had 6 likes and 6 dislikes in post #236, I pressed like and it suddenly turned to 5 likes 2 dislikes?

System doesn't quite work out and is unnecassary tbh :)

I noticed that on a few posts. Changes when you click to vote.

Maybe remove the thumb count until voted like in forum votes?

We have a lot of posts where the like / dislike count is 50:50. Its the sheep effect.

I dislike the idea:
1. This is not Facebook or You Tube,
2. The position of the thumbs seem you are voting for the manager not the post.
3. When you open the thread, the numbers shown are the same (example 16 votes like, 16 votes dislike) but when you press one button the number change drastically to 7 like, 2 dislike)
4. This is subjective, but they look horrible!

so the thumb count is 50:50.

I think that's the bug. Try clicking a vote on one of those, and it changes.

I think we should have only LIKE button or better not have any at all. Im quite sure this like/dislike will be used a fun thing and will be not taking seriously from most of people.

There is a thread about this idea for comments. The popular opinion was no but it appears the powers that be disagree.
