This has been a thing for a while now. It's been a fierce competition between me and Ethan. Basically the only reason he's still in the team and the reason I took Hancocks this season is so I can get back past him in the Q ranking. So yeah S81 if anyone's recruiting he'll be available :)

I don't mind it too much, but I just hope we don't get a pop-up when clicking on a PM. That would make playing QRO more difficult :P

What I'm getting from this is that non-supporters are getting popup ads, and people are suggesting to just pay? Man, sounds like Spotify with their Premium offer...

Update, I now know what the people here were talking about and by god is it obnoxious. Who thought it'd be a good idea to have a popup ad every time you open the website? If I was looking for a new F1 management game, that would turn me right away before I ever even registered. And the fact that even Supporters will get the ad before they've had a chance to login? Really?
Like come on, I get that ads help the website, but a huge popup that's so easy to misclick on with my fat fingers? When I'm already paying to support the game? That just really sucks... Looks like the workaround will be to just never use GPRO on my phone, luckily I have an ad blocker on the desktop.

yeah they are a bit annoying but i suppose we will just have to deal with it... at least it doesn't come that frequently

Pre-login pop-ups should not be at all. Not even sure if I condone pop-ups at all, even in game for non-supporters. It's intrusive in a completely different way than on-page ads.

And when you click the yellow "Qualify 1 & 2 standings" to check new times and the thing pops up, it clears the green names as they were all viewed already. You have to guess which is/are the new times.

Yes, honnestly i'm OK with the pop up but it's really annoying to check new standings for qualifications.

it simply refreshes the page, after you close the banner. hence no new times seen, yet GPRO gets double page openings/ad shows..

Just noticed they have again reduced the ama groups to 80 looks like they might reduce it to 75 in 1-2 seasons.
We have a person who moved from one of those groups and he is on provisional pole right now ☹️
