It was a GOOD idea to put RED FLAG, allowing don't finish the race under SC...
but,
the rules of changing tyres, etc in this kind of situation is completly awkard...can i say, stupid or a non-sense one? Anyone agreeing with me?

Hamilton will get a penalty for that, he sort of carried on driving, he never backed out when he knew he wasn't going to make the pass

Qualifying was unlucky for them, but as i stated Vettel had track position before the Red Flag.
