Buddy, you've upgraded your car to a lvl3 before R3 and your driver's best two stats are most likely aggro and charisma.
Hate to be blunt but you're in no position to be showing people the ropes. Find those ropes yourself first please.

Hi Im Tom, i played before had good season but sadly had to go for real life stuff. Now after 3 or 4 years im back and ready to shake my group standings a bit :) I got far behind with info i believe in these years, but i hope i can catch up :] Helping hand always appreciated!

You can gather data without being a supporter.

Yes, IK, but most of it is done while being a supporter. To gather data from the last time you raced at a circuit, you need to be a supporter, e.g.

No you don't.
You can gather it manually.

You could have put the information in an excel sheet while it was available. Or something like that.
