Joe Hart number 11 with potential to reach 3rd on that list. Interesting

Without indicating a time frame this comment is completely pointless.

It's pretty difficult to judge a keeper based on clean sheets, a solid defence can have your keepers clean sheets boosted. A Dodgy defence can show the keepers up to be world class - but still have them with a few less clean sheets than they deserve.

Alex McCarthy won Southampton player of the season despite only becoming a regular half way through the campaign and being one of the key reasons they stayed up.

Fraser Forster, who Saints fans had been clamouring to be replaced by McCarthy (or by anyone, tbh) because of how terrible he has been for quite some time, is 8th.

Just shows how misleading statistics can be if they are not applied correctly.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think Joe Hart is great either...

When a keeper wins player of the year in any club, it usually say a lot about the strikers too :)

Oh, no doubt. The fact he won after only playing half a season says a lot about virtually every other player... But put it this way, Forster would not have got anywhere near it!

They were 9 points ahead though 10 games ago :)

I think it's City's title now tbh. Liverpool are too cagey in away games.

Also, If Salah has a bad game, so do Liverpool. At least its how it is. City still win when Aguero is off form.

I think that will be the difference come-what-May.

For next season, Liverpool need to find someone who can provide goals from Midfield.

His style of high pressure counter attack is what made Leicester win the title in 2015/16, his style of play suits Leicester to a tee, especially with Maddison's creative talent, Vardy's explosive speed, Chilwell is probably the best english left back at the moment, Perieira is a proven right back, its not wonder tbh, it just needed that Rodgers touch
