How come fuel consumption on Montreal is bigger than on Interlagos ?

*My car parts were the same level in both races.
*My driver improved the skills between Interlagos(6) and last Montreal(8) race which usually help to reduce fuel consumption.
*Risks were the same.

Judjing from Go statistics consumption was bigger for almost 8 liters. How come?

Waiting for an aswer from the administrators.

Risks? Situation of the race?

Yeah, you were pumping faster lap times during Interlagos, whereas you were held up by people in Montreal. No bug here.

More likely to get a flaming from the public.

There are many reasons. Start with that consumption is not a blanket. Every track is different, regardless of "Normal", "Low", etc.

Imagine you need to name numbers from 1 to 30 with names "low", "medium", "high".
One possible way to do it is call numbers 1-10 "low", 11-20 "medium" and 21-30 "high".
Now let's say I told you 22 is "medium" and then told you 27 is "medium". And you say that I must be wrong because 27>22.

Do you see the analogy?

Exactly.

There are variances in consumption in the group that is called "medium consumption tracks".

Michael, try to embrace the challenge of things not turning out quite how you expected rather than assume the game is not programmed correctly. Be more open minded to different styles of circuit even if they are in the same fuel catagory. That is my advice.

I won't believe that. In all my previous dry races I was able to count how much fuel will be consumped with accuracy not more than 1-2 liters, but not 8.

Your way of calculating fuel has errors then. That's what one should assume first, not that there's "definitely a bug".

Look Michael, just to end this before you get more dirty words...

You should look much more deep then the fuel consumition, there are a lot of variables that can change all that, and that is what you should be focus on, not this war garbage thing, one more thing, you ask for respect, show somw yourself, you just did the same mistake you cry earlier, not palite!

This was a fair comment.

Michael the mixed response of this thread shows that jumping to conclusions is not the best course of action. Always think about your data before assuming the game is at fault.
