This is the Topic to find an English speaking mentor/mentee.

If you prefer/need another language, you can find the list of the Foreign Language Mentor Forum topics in the link below

If you cannot find your language there, then post in this topic. Please only post in one thread.

🟠 It's very simple, if you are available and a new player signs up to the scheme, just quote the manager's request post in this thread, add their tag, and send them a pm.

🟠 They will then be removed from the looking for list and added to the assignments.

MENTORS NEED TO START THE MESSAGING
🟠 New managers who have not started their first race yet cannot send new messages, but now message replies have been enabled. That means that mentors can communicate with them normally if they start the messaging, so be sure to PM the newbie and start communication.
🟠 Are you struggling to understand what to do, are your results not what you expect, are you a returning manager who has forgotten the basics, as long as you are not in a team then we can help you 🤩

🟠 Join the mentor program, we are here to help you, and it is totally free. We have a great group of managers who are prepared to help you through the initial stages.

🟠 If you introduce yourself and let some things about you be known (how did you find the game, for example), your chances to get the attention from a mentor will be higher, so do not be shy and tell something about yourself when you sign up!

🟠 While you wait for a mentor, get some reading done! Some useful links to newbie material (this will also help you spot your doubts, so you can have some to clear out with the mentor!!)

THIS IS A SHOUT-OUT TO ALL POTENTIAL MENTORS
With S100 done and dusted, it's almost going back to normal. That is, newbies will continue to find this game, and they wil continue to need the support of the more experienced players willing to share their knowledge an help them newbies ease in! What would be better for us "us ol' game vets" to help propel the game forward continuously, then to help Newbies set up shop!

Going into S101, the list has been cleaned up again! So by all means, to all former and potential new mentors, please do step up and pick a newbie as! Help strengthen the game, and pick up one or more newbies! With any luck, you may be the inspirator of one of our future ELITE managers!

For MENTORS
I kindly refer you all to the General Guidelines for Mentoring explaining all on how to go about this!

For NEWBIES
New Player? No English?! > Foreign Languages thread for a multitude of options!
>Meanwhile, several managers have stepped up and volunteered to be a Mentor. If you are enabled to send in-game messages already, you may want to reach out any of the links listed below. Also, as a TOP-TIP, do read up on all this > /gb/Help.asp .

AVAILABLE MENTORS
If possible for you, feel free to reach out to any of the managers listed below. They've stated to be available for mentoring!
- Tibor Szuromi | Ha magyarul beszélsz szívesen mentorállak - jelentkezz itt: Magyar Mentor Fórum.
- Daniel Pérez | I can help someone with some tips, If you want, I prefer people to speak in Spanish a/o German.
- Eduardo Sanchez Carenzo | Guys, I can Support to be a Mentor in Spanish a/o English.
- Lars Elley | If any scandinavian people needs a hand, I'm right here! Writing in Danish/Nordic, I can read Swedish & Norwegian!
- Maurizio Mazzucotelli | I'm available to mentor someone, either in Italian a/o English.
- Peter Heidne | Jag kan hjälpa någon på Svenska!
- Neal Maxwell | If needed I'm here also. just PM me! Portugees a/o English.
- Paul Gardiner | I’m happy to mentor anybody from the Australian timezone, just reach out if somebody suitable needs a mentor!
- Geoff Todd | I live in Australia so the time difference often isn't a good match, however I'd be more than welcome to mentor someone, but you have to understand it may be a while when the replies can be forthcoming due to that fact.

Hey. I'm Mark and I've played for the past two seasons in Rookie class. I did join a few years ago but didn't really get into the game.
Now it's different, I really want to do better and have had small glimpses of success. I'd really lappreciate a guiding hand to help me on my way. So that I might do the same one day for someone else.
English is my best language. Many thanks and best of luck to everyone!

Greetings,
I've been playing the game for 3 months now and decided that it is time to find a mentor, as i figured out most of the basics, about to be promoted to amateur.
My main point of interest would be discussing mixed weather races and how to approach them. I developed somewhat of a strategy for the upcoming Interlagos race that I would like to chat about and hear some feedback on where I might have gone wrong (or not? will see after race).
Other than that, I don't plan to bother you with daily messages or questions that I could figure out myself.
I speak english, german and a little bit of russian.
If you are willing to guide me, feel free to write me a message, maybe there are even a few supporter credits for you to gain for enduring me :)
See ya.
