it's not fixed if you downlade the excel the drivers is not good synchronisation and this problem is recurrent since several season!!!!!!
Mr administrator can you debugged finaly this option download and update the file to the correct date.

I have an old computer and an old MS Office. Apparently you are saving the Excel file in 2019 in new formats. Guys, if not difficult, please report such notifications in the future. :)
