This is absurd, why a team must spend at least 12 million to kick the person from team...???!!

It is to stop team leaders 'abusing' the system, by kicking team mates for no reason in order to gain a higher percentage of the team money, or to stop a team getting rid of someone because they want someone else.
If a manager misses 4 races in a row they can be kicked for free though.
Try asking the manager in question to leave your team :)

we just want to kick him because he is inactive from 29.9...and he miss 2 races and 7 last season.......thanks :)

After next race if he do not participate it will appear a "x" next to his name allowing the team leader to kick him from the team with no $$$ spenditure $$$
