just had a look at we have a quite in-experienced group. only 4 managers have been to master before and 2 of those only had 1 season

Thats the good thing, let us retain in this group for some seasons and make the group the hardest one ;)

Well I thought this one would be easy but it may not actually be the case. I had a bad Q1 so could have been higher but Qualifying stats put me 78th of 149 overall, (approx 50th percentile) while I'm 9th from 12 in the group (75th percentile)

Our qualy times are above average for pro at present (maybe due to overly optimistic promoted drivers!)

Worst possible start set malfunction risk instead of clear track. Also lost a sponsor in the process

Sponsor progress??? you already had 5... how much more progress do you need? Surely grazing land isn't that expensive? ;o)

i had 5 but i also had 10 others in the bank for when the 5 i had run out. its one part of the game that is really important if you want to be successful. the reason i failed in my time in master was down to not having any sponsers

Reaching elite is not as hard as you would think its staying there and even the best prepared find it difficult. When i was in master i had no test points no sponsors and poor staff&facilities
