The difference between a 0 stop and a 1 stop is very small. But will it rain whole race?

Well, if you refer the historical data, this weather could be a hybrid one so in this case, zero stop can be gambling.

I thought you got an achievement for completing a race without stopping. Didn't get one after the last race though!
