am si eu o intrebare in ceea ce priveste contractul pilotului:
Am ofertat in Driver Market un pilot cu OA 85 pentru Amateur, a semnat pe 17 curse,
IL POT SCHIMBA INAINTE DE EXPIRAREA CONTRACTULUI?

Nu am fost atent ca pot oferta piloti cu OA 110..

sau in romana:
"Notă: Dacă pilotul acceptă oferta dumneavoastră, va trebui să plătiți vechiului dumneavoastră pilot o compensație financiară (50% din contractul pe care l-ati fi platit până la finalul contractului)"

Daca te duci sa pui o oferta unui alt driver, scrie acolo jos ce se intampla, ce compensatii trebuie sa platesti daca iei un alt driver pana expira contractul actual.
In cazul tau mai ai 17 curse, cu un salar de aprox 500k, trebuie sa platesti cam 250k x 17 compensatii catre driverul actual, daca iei unul nou.
