Hello!
Now, this must be a weird time seeing me bumping this thread, but it is a big privilege and a big moment for me to be in such a big team! I want to thank everyone in the team for accepting me into the AO family, and a biiiig thank you to Viesturs who has been there for me since Day 1 :P

The idea to start a sister team was born from discussions between Tim Anle and Viesturs Priede, former members of AOE. AOE themselves were kind to grant us their support and resources.
We are experienced group of managers with a lot of enthusiasm and sparkle in our eyes – what is particularly effective about us is our teamwork and active voting system.
We may be nice and friendly off track, but once we get on track you better watch out! We will do everything to get on top of the podium. After all, who remembers #2´s!?
At the moment we are in the recruitment phase and there´s no rush getting all the 10 people in just to "fill" the spot. We are looking for the right people that share the same ambitions and goals that we have.

Sadly we are once again recruiting as we lost one of our members. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in getting to know this game in depth and has analytical skills. Being active in the forum is a must as well as making long term plans (we can help you out with that) to promote up in the big leagues!
A little bit of our background:
Association ONE Global (AOG) is a sister team to Association ONE Europe (AOE).

AOE was established in season 10 and has had a good success over the time (e.g been in top 10 for 5 times). Initially, we had a strict policy that we will stay as 1 team and will never create a sister team, because that would only increase the chances of our tools/information leakage and make chaos. However, over the time we inevitably lost few of our members due to real life problems/lack of time. Eventually people started finding their way back to GPRO, but since they had so good time in AOE, there was really no other team they wanted to be in and that gave us an idea to start a second team with the ex-members of AOE. In season 38, AOG was borned.
Former AOE members who are now in AOG:
Tim Anle
Viesturs Priede
Martin Seppam
Phil Dutoy
Now for the past 6 months, we have been using an external forum for everything to improve communications between those two teams and we opened a Skype group chat to have fun during the live races.
