I for one love Vettel and hope he wins as many titles as possible.

As long as he is keeping them away from Alonso I'll love him.

I think you could make a fairly long list of guys who won titles mainly because they had the best car. It would be a MUCH longer list than one of guys who won a title without having the best car. Those have been rare.

Maybe, but then again I haven't had a good period of F1 to watch while growing up as the championship has often been dominated by one team and/or driver. Its also probably why I rarely watch the 2nd half of the F1 season. Its probably never happened while I've watched, that any car other then the best car win the championship in terms for the drivers one.

Over the last 25 odd years, 21 or something seasons have been won by a car from either Newey or Brawn led teams. Only Senna, Alonso and I think Raikonen won with cars not inspired or developed while teams were led by Newey or Brawn.

There's no actual prizes, mate. Just the title topic in the GPRO Oscars archives. :)

Well it isn't the best topic I admit. But surely not the worst but I know I am going to win or lose whatever way you look at it. Well getting an Oscar in only my second season is quite good even if it is for being bad.

Best well-known driver in the world!!!

Fixed ;)

But in all honesty what he did in the 2nd half of the season was amazing. Even better than what was considered one of the most dominant seasons ever in 2011.

He is a very good driver. We watched five world champions compete this season, all in the top ten . Today, you saw four world driving champions in 1st place to 6th, racing hard.

Incidents and other things aside, it is not an easy thing to do, to drive faster they will, Vettel did just that.

He is a World class F1 Champion... and he proves it every race.
Who can challenge him, is the question.

Hes faster than Webber, hes one of the top 4 so this domination is expected but people saying hes the best is highly debatable, considering the cars he has had since 2009. Fastest from mid 2009 onwards, 1s faster in 2010, 1s faster in 2011 fastest from mid 2012, fastest since the tyre change in 2013. And another number 2 driver from 2014 onwards...hopefully they dont build a good car.

He's a very good driver thats undenyable.
But if you look at the car of Red Bull compared to the others the gap is huge.
And he was clearly the #1 driver at RB and the car was fully build for him.
So with all this i can not say he was the best in general, only that he was the best because he had clearly the far superior car.

We''ll have to wait for next year

Championships doesn't necessarily make a driver better than another - by your logic, Schumacher was more than double a driver that Senna was. Fail...

He is good driver, but if You put him to the same car with Alonso, Hamilton U will see how much is he worth.

If that's the case Schumacher won his 7 titles, but when he back with worse (not worst) car, he was hard to win. Same for Button, Brawn GP was spaceship. IMO Vettel's titles are copy of them. He won races too easy, for GPRO example- He rides in Elite but other drivers are in Master.

To be honest that tire decision was too big favor towards him and that made him win those nine in a row. Would have been so much more interesting season without one stupid decision..
