I think that there is a better way to do the stars ;)
1 star =1 rookie race
2 stars =1 ama race
3 stars = 1 pro race
4 stars = 1 master race
5 stars = 1 elite race
6 stars = more than 50 elite races
I think its good to see how far people have got, not how many races they did.
I also think if you managed 50 races in elite, it says pretty much the same as 150 races, you are obviously good at the game ;)

I know, its not for me...just realised it doesnt really tell you a lot and seems a bit pointless. I would like to know, looking at a person posting how far they got, not how long they have been around.

I think it's good as it is now. I see a huge difference between 50 and 150 races in Elite as well as between current 3 stars and 4 stars. So I'd vote no to this change.

This way gives more meaning to the number of stars...right now it just says number of races but no means to say which league and all...thumbs up to this idea

Yeah, perhaps if I had done 150 in Elite I would see this as a bad idea too lol. :)

But "just being around" in Elite for that length of time surely is an achievement?

lol, I meant more in the other levels, getting a star for 100 races seems less of an achievement than for getting to Pro
|

Hanging around like a chronic bad smell but essentially never achieving anything is all some people can do though

I don't disagree with that, but removing the extra stars for long term elite managers would be the opposite of what you want.
Not against a change, but would think it needs refined.

yeah, possibly, but more than 6 seems too much, perhaps silver and gold? Although if I say that, then it would have fit into the other suggestion topic about silver stars :P
