Hey there
You probably wonder who is this bastard writing here. You probably remember seeing me write somewhere else. How did i end up here?
Being a relatively long time player in this game can sometimes make you feel like you're on a routine, you start getting sloppy and make stupid mistakes (like fighting for a promo and forgetting to set rain tyres for the wet part of the race, bye bye points). Victorious Secret is the perfect place if you want some fresh air. This is a more demanding environment than most i know and that helps you stay focused on the game.
In here you are required to be active. You should be willing to post on out external team forums and you'll be expected to make a certain minimum of posts during every season.
Other than that you are required to be a GPRO supporter full-time. Victorious family is happy to say we contribute to the well-being of the game and every member is an active GPRO supporter.
We expect our ideal candidate to be someone with experience and to be able to perform decently on mid-term. We can teach stuff to people but if they have some work done beforehand its much better. The team has big plans for the future and ideally we want someone who can allign with our plans.
We also use Skype chatroom, it can be quite helpfull to you and its easier fornus to contact specific people on the team.

Some important info:
1) We should inform application period remains open. There has been a favourable number of quality apps but we want to give a chance for everyone to apply and have enough time to present yourselves to us. Of course the earlier you apply the higher are the chances we get to know you better.
2) There is no strict deadline for applications but ideally we would like to have our newest recruit next season. However we must say that if we feel noone is worthy of the spot we will not accept apps just to fill the #10 spot, Victorious Secret would rather get a member who suíts the team plans internally and so far Victorious Racing does not race with pressure to score high team points.
3) What makes us different from the rest of the teams you'll see "in the market"? No team puts as much time and effort on research as we do. We have the best resources to take anyone to the top, but we want someone who can use those resources and suceed.
4) The guys in here are demanding, you'll be expected on mid-term to be a consistent performed on Pro+, the ultimate team goal is to have the most people painting the grids of the highest classes so for now this is what se expect you to be able to do on mid-term. And i dont mean going Conti/BY and OBP your way through the whole season to remain on those classes.
5) Stick around and send your app to Mark. There are a couple of other surprises. And i want you guys to be curious. Just try to write spontaneously. We want to know the people, not the players.

Secretly Victorious are a relatively new team. We have only had the 11 seasons, but we have reached the top 5, twice during this period.
We do not recruit too often and are looking for stability within this team
We are the sister teams to Victorious Secret, and Victorious Racing. The 3 teams share the same forum and use the same apps. What one team does, the other teams do as well. If you come on board you will find we are not 3 teams but 1 big happy family.
